Refund Policy
We want every family to love their book. If you don't, we'll make it right.
Our 30-Day Happiness Promise
If you are not delighted with your storybook for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will either re-generate your book at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No awkward questions, no hoops.
To claim: email hello@mytinytales.studio with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Digital Downloads
Under UK consumer law, you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content once download has begun — however, our 30-Day Happiness Promise overrides this and gives you a full refund right regardless. If your PDF is corrupted, fails to download, or is clearly different from the approved preview pages, we will always issue a refund or replacement.
Print Orders
Print-and-ship orders are produced on-demand. We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on personalised physical items. However:
• Damaged in transit — send us a photo within 14 days and we will reprint and reship free of charge. • Significant quality defect (e.g. pages missing, printing error) — we will reprint or refund in full. • Lost in post — if Royal Mail tracking shows no delivery after 21 days (UK) or 35 days (international), we will reprint or refund.
Refund Timescales
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processes refunds and timescales may vary by bank.
